Responsibilities

You will be managing the corporate month-end accounting process, prepare the monthly and quarterly consolidated management accounts and Group reports including the monthly and quarterly variance analysis and provide commentary on the financial performance.

You will prepare the quarterly financial results announcements and presentation decks for board and other management meetings; including investor reports; coordinate, prepare and consolidate the Group's quarterly forecasts and annual budget.

You will manage treasury and cash management matters, annual statutory financial statements, tax computation and timely preparation of GST filing, including handling tax queries and filing to the relevant authorities, liaising with internal and external auditors and supervise the junior team members.

Requirements

You are degree qualified from a reputable education institute and held a Chartered Accountant or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with at least 6 years relevant working experience, preferably in private equity real estate funds. You possess strong technical background, including consolidated reporting, statutory reporting experience and familiar with IBM Cognos Controller and SAP will be an added advantage.
