We are currently seeking a highly-motivated, data-driven, and experienced Marketing Operations Specialist with a desire to join our growing leading edge technology company. The successful candidate will take an analytical approach by consistently finding solutions to maximize brand awareness, customer engagement, retention, and referrals. This position will report directly to the Head of Marketing. As our Marketing Operations Specialist, you will work to create scalable processes for lead management, data and analytics, the marketing tech stack and team operations while identifying areas of growth for the go-to-market teams.

Duties & responsibilities:
    • Manage and support the marketing technology ecosystem, including HubSpot, Google Analytics, Data Studio, Holistics, Hotjar, Braze, Similarweb, Asana, Confluence and more, along with the selection of new technologies.
    • Utilise marketing automation to generate, assign, nurture and report leads.
    • Create lead management processes that can scale alongside the business, notably in developing advanced lead and account-based scoring methodologies.
    • Develop SLA models with sales for lead follow up and conversion optimization.
    • Partner with sales to create and implement lead scoring and account scoring measures to increase conversion.
    • Collaboration with the sales team and country leads to generating and updating metrics on lead status, pipeline, revenue generation, and customer cost of acquisition (CAC).
    • Further develop our multi-touch attribution modelling. Provide insights on marketing channel contributions to closed won business and pipeline.
    • Communicate across different markets within asia pacific marketing and sales organisations to delineate and measure acquisition efficiency, analyse marketing's impact across multiple geographies, and deliver feedback and analysis to appropriate teams.
    • Generate monthly and quarterly ROI and efficiency reports on marketing spend by channel, region, and business segment.
    • Partner with the data team to analyse budget needs and investment requirements.
    • Monitor and maintain data quality within HubSpot CRM.
    • Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimise marketing team performance.
    • Conduct market and competitor analysis to further detail the effectiveness of our marketing strategy

Requirements:
    • Bachelor's or Master's in marketing or related discipline.
    • Min. 3 years of product marketing, product management, or digital marketing experience, preferably in a similar industry would be a plus points.
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Experience working with a remote team is an additional bonus.
    • Ability to develop, organise, and maintain process documentation.
    • Ability to create, update, and maintain training documents.
    • Excellent grammar, punctuation and spelling skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to sell ideas well through creative & innovative presentations.
    • Exceptional project management skills.
    • Ability to effectively prioritise and manage your time to address multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, professional environment.
    • Metrics-driven and analytical; proven ability to prioritise, drive, and achieve results through self and others under time pressure
