About the team

The Transfers team is responsible for the movement of client's existing portfolios into Platform Securities' custody. We manage the process by building relationships with our clients and third parties. We are the clients first point of contact with their new wealth manager, therefore customer service and accuracy are paramount.

What you will be doing

• Case managing transfers to completion
• Providing written and verbal updates to our clients and counterparties
• Chasing up outstanding document and information through email and telephone call, escalating to management if required.
• Managing, diarising and prioritising own case load to ensure that transfers are progressed effectively.
• Producing weekly MI for clients.
