Associate - Investor Relations (PERE)

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will support capital raising and investor relations activities across the firm's real estate and digital infrastructure vehicles in Asia.

You will be responsible for preparing periodic reports, quarterly newsletters, and investor updates, supporting due diligence, KYC, RFPs & RFIs, working closely across functions including investments, asset management, legal, and finance to provide regular updates on the deal pipeline, portfolio, and exits.

You will identify potential investors and coordinate marketing efforts, develop and refine documentation and marketing collateral including presentations, investor updates, DDQs, PPMs, etc., presentations and also looking at updating the latest macroeconomic in the industry.

Requirements:

You are degree qualified from a reputable educational institute and have about 3 to 5 years of experience in alternative assets such as Real Estate and/or Infrastructure asset. You are highly proficient in powerpoint and possess excellent spoken and written communication skills. Ability to manage international stakeholders is essential.
