Job Responsibilities
  • Report to the Head of Operation
  • Responsible for administration function for Unit Trusts, MPF and discretionary accounts (focus on MPF product)
  • Deliver accurate and timely NAV reports
  • Perform counter checking to ensure accuracy of valuation and reporting
  • Arrange prompt settlement of trades and perform daily portfolio reconciliation
  • Handle account opening requests including brokerage, bank and custody accounts and maintain the master record
  • Corporate actions handling and monitoring
  • Prepare statutory MPF filing and other regulatory reporting
  • Provide operational supports to other business units to support business initiatives
  • Handle any ad-hoc projects / tasks as assigned

Job Requirements
  • University degree in Accounting/Finance or related discipline
  • 3-5 years of fund operation experience in MPF fund administrator or asset management company (prior experience on MPF Products will be a definite advantage)
  • Knowledge of DTCC CTM, Tradar and Bloomberg AIMS highly preferred
  • Attending to details, responsible, self-motivated, willing to learn, able to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Proficient in MS Office especially in MS excel
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
