Associate Director, Real Estate

My Client, an International bank in the City, seeks an AD level Real Estate professional to join their broader Property team.

The role will involve the credit stewardship and ongoing relationship management of a portfolio of Real Estate clients, primarily in the £25-75m debt range.

Suitable candidates will possess a minimum of 5 years relevant experience, ideally this will include some exposure to the Student Accommodation markets.
