Responsibilities
• Booking and reconciling trades across various products including equities, futures, options, swaps and fx, and investigating any breaks / fails
• Generating and monitoring portfolio exposure, cash, margin and counterparty risk reports
• Generating reports for investment and trading teams to support trade activity, investment decisions and risk management
• Liaising with external service providers including prime brokers, ISDA counterparties and systems vendors for any issues or enhancements
• Compiling periodic reports including but not limited to regulatory disclosure reporting
• Providing support on ad-hoc projects, eg. process / systems enhancements, on-boarding of new counterparts, new regulatory obligations, new products or strategies
Qualifications and experience
• Bachelors or above degree, preferably in a quantitative field
• A minimum of 3 years relevant full-time working experience, buy-side or sell-side
• Strong working knowledge of Excel, VBA , Python and Bloomberg
• Knowledge of SQL, Java or JavaScript, would be an advantage
• Experience with AWS, Tableau, or Linux, would be an advantage
• Exposure to portfolio financing / securities lending / D1 swaps / fx and treasury operations would be an advantage
• Experience in managing or supporting foreign ID operations would be an advantage
• Experience with Enfusion or IHS Markit Securities Finance would be an advantage
• Fluent in English; other Asian languages would be a plus
