Our highly experienced team provides a comprehensive mix of advice, tax-led, immigration and recruitment services to meet employers' workforce needs. We develop tailored strategies and innovative solutions to enable organisations to achieve strategic business and workforce requirements.
Our service covers the development of policies and related remuneration packages, cross-border solutions between Hong Kong and other jurisdictions, reviews of international assignment programmes, pensions, tax, human resources advice, completion of tax returns (for the US, PRC and Hong Kong) for assignees and advanced technology-based solutions. The People Services portfolio ranges from large multinational companies to local start-ups.
We are now seeking high-calibre tax professionals support the continued growth of our People Services team in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will bring a commercial and analytical mind and have solid advisory skills. Knowledge of the Hong Kong tax system is essential. Knowledge of Mainland China is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Lead business development initiatives for employee incentive design services
- Act as the primary point of contact for client relationship development and maintenance
- Plan and structure project team as engagement manager
- Drive delivery and quality control of the deliverable of employee incentive plan design and other compensation & benefit advisory services to client
- Lead interviews with senior stakeholders, including HR, management or Founders, and employees impacted by proposals.
- Collaborate with other colleagues in People & Enterprise team and other service lines for business development and engagement delivery
- Lead the team and provide a supportive environment for junior staff development and motivation
- Manage risks within the business by understanding its risk management policies and ensuring compliance from the team
- Excellent business analytical skills, including a degree in business-related discipline
- Minimum of 6 to 8 years' experience in a consulting, legal or professional service environment (consulting experience in employee incentive plan/employee compensation and benefit is preferred)
- Ability to think strategically and analyse complex business transactions to identify key issues/risks
- Excellent multi-tasking skills and team development
- Ability to make clear recommendations based on a sound assessment of the advice and information gathered
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, self-motivated
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex issues clearly to non-experts
- Ability to work cross functionally and cross culturally
- Strong presentation skills, with an excellent command of written and verbal English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
