Our client, a fraud software vendor (listed company on the New York stock exchange) is looking to hire a Channel Sales Manager/Partnerships Manager in Shanghai, China.

We are looking for a team player with proven experience in this field and the demonstrated ability to be the representative of our merchant towards success. You will be expected to ensure that clients are satisfied and profitable. Clients will include famous brand names, start-ups, travel merchants, and more.

You will be involved in activities such as:
  • Be the primary point of contact for the client's existing merchants in Greater China
  • Assist new customers as they join the client's platform and begin using our services
  • Build, monitor, and communicate KPIs to their clients
  • Work with all other teams to optimize the customer experience across our portfolio
  • Conduct an in-depth analysis of the most productive ways our customers can utilize the company's solution, including identifying upsell opportunities
  • Work with all other teams within the company to optimize the customer experience across our portfolio

You will possess:
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English - strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages
  • 5-10 years of experience in partner program management, channel operations, partner sales programs, channel sales, or channel marketing-related roles.
