We Offer
You will play a critical role within the Regulatory Strategy COO team and be one of the member in helping to drive and coordinate regulatory matters including regulatory reviews/ inspections and enquiries across the multiple business lines within the Global Trading Solution division. You will be assisting the team to compile high standard regulatory responses to our home regulators FINMA as well as other regulators including PRA, FED and other APAC regulators. In doing so, you will need to collaborate and work closely with Product COOs in different regions and other support functions within the bank to seek their input. You will be asked to analyze data and feedback provided by different stakeholders and be able to consolidate and translate this information, so they can be presented to regulators addressing their inquiries comprehensively and in a timely manner.
You will also be participating in global and regional regulatory related projects that have global impact to the GTS division where the Regulatory Strategy COO team is responsible in coordinating key regulatory changes across the different business lines. You will help in coordinating amongst the Product COOs who will assess impact and implement necessary processes and procedures to meet with the new regulatory requirements. You will help in ensuring progress are underway and on track in the implementation of controls and governance framework set up within which the business operates to address the regulatory change.
