London Based Fund - Looking for Investment Analyst with M&A Background

A London-based fund that we are working with is looking to bring in an Investment Analyst with a focus on Private Equity. Our client is a leading fund that is run by established and well-known industry veterans.
This is an opportunity for a candidate that has a real passion for investing to make the move from a top-tier investment bank to a fund manager. This is an opportunity to come in and work on a role that for the right candidate will allow almost entirely free reign on how or what is invested in. Whether it's credit, equity, real estate, the mandate is completely open.
Requirements:
• A genuine passion for investing
• Private Equity investment experience
• M&A experience from a tier 1 rated investment bank
• Analyst 3 minimum experience from a top tier team
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable in a client-facing role
• Intellectually curious with a passion for understanding global politics and finance
• First class numerical and analytical skills, with excellent attention to detail
• High proficiency in financial modelling
• Entrepreneurial drive, as well as commercial awareness and acumen
• Desire to work in a collegiate and dynamic team, to be a true team player, and be invested in the firm's future
