About the Role

Ramp is in a critical phase of growth and this role is responsible for executing projects and initiatives that will drive Ramp's growth for years to come. You'll work directly with our go-to-market leaders to drive mission-critical, cross-functional projects across the organization. You will collaborate closely with our Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Product, Risk, and Operations teams to deliver on ambitious goals. Depending on your strengths and interests, this role can serve as a stepping stone to high-impact roles directly within other functional groups at Ramp.

What You'll Do
  • Solve complex business problems and build / iterate on process for a wide range of go-to-market and operational needs within a high-growth startup
  • Analyze key go-to-market KPIs to identify areas of strength and improvement, in close partnership with go-to-market leaders
  • Build dashboards and analytics that will drive day-to-day decision-making and broader GTM and company strategy
  • Help drive and influence the growth strategy for NYC's fastest growing startup
  • Work across Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Product, Risk, and Operations to execute against Ramp's growth goals
  • Past initiatives include:
    • Building the infrastructure for Marketing and Growth analytics, in close collaboration with data and engineering teams
    • Analyzing Partnerships performance to determine channels to double down in or pull back from
    • Running weekly go-to-market meeting to align Sales, Marketing, Growth, Partnerships leadership on GTM metrics and implications
What You'll Need
  • 2-8 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, and/or operations / strategy at a fast-growing startup
  • You have a "get things done" mentality; you can dissect complex problems, identify solutions, and drive these solutions to completion with a high degree of autonomy
  • You are resourceful, have a strong willingness to learn, and can pick up new skills where needed (eg SQL, python)
  • You are creative and can see how the pieces of a complex problem fit together; you feel comfortable challenging assumptions when they are not well-based
  • You like to build - you enjoy the process of going from problem to solution regardless of the medium
  • You have a team-first mentality and communication skills that allow you to influence others at all levels and across all functions within the organization to rally behind shared business goals
  • You're a master with data analysis, and have an exceptional ability to draw key insights from both quantitative and qualitative data
Nice to Haves:
  • Experience with no code tools (eg Zapier, Webflow), SQL, Salesforce, Outreach and other business systems and tools, or a strong willingness to learn
  • Experience in high-growth startups and/or high-growth technology companies
