THE TEAM

ARON Industries is the family office of Andrea Thomas Hill and Brian Hill, the founder and CEO of Aritzia Inc. We invest in operating companies, real estate, marketable securities and private investments and manage the family's charitable giving initiatives, family operations and special projects.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We require an experienced leader to join our executive team to manage all the financial aspects of the family office. As VP, Finance you will:

• Provide executive leadership of our high-functioning internal accounting team and industry-leading external partners
• Manage banking relationships, liquidity, and sophisticated financing arrangements
• Provide financial oversight of actively managed investments and real estate holdings
• Participate in due diligence and strategic analysis of investment opportunities
• Provide timely, accurate and relevant financial reporting
• Execute tax planning and compliance
