About our client
Our client is a leading private equity fund based in Saudi Arabia, with an outstanding track record in private equity transactions globally. This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate/VP to join their growing strategy team. The role will focus on greenfield and acquisition projects internationally. The role will involve projects across diversified industries, with an expanding focus on sports, entertainment, media and leisure sectors.
What the job involves

• Involved in developing international strategic initiatives to architect the acquisition approach of the organization
• Involved in all strategic and financial analysis of potential investments across multiple sectors
• Take responsibility for the analysis of greenfield and brownfield projects as well as participation in due diligence
• You will also gain exposure to the portfolio companies

Who we are looking for

• Experience from one or more of the following: a top-tier investment bank, strategy consulting firm or the Big 4, a venture capital / private equity firm or the corporate development team of a large private company
• Experience in sports, entertainment and/or leisure is a bonus
• You should have a degree and / or MBA from a top-tier university
• Willingness and ability to relocate and be based in Saudi Arabia full time
