Client Technical Account Management (State Street Bank and Trust Company; North Quincy, Massachusetts): will architect, design, develop, and implement multiple solutions, including a unified and integrated big data ecosystem (BDE), that ultimately supports the delivery of real-time advanced analytical and machine learning products and services to our clients. Is responsible for delivering technically advanced solutions in support of multiple, simultaneous initiatives that span multiple disciplines and business lines. This role plays a critical role in execution of our AI/Machine Learning based analytics for process or service deliverables improvement. Responsibilities include: identify and execute appropriate data streaming technologies for acquiring real time data from various source databases into Hadoop environment; apply appropriate data transformation techniques to make the data readily usable for training, testing and validation of real time predictable machine learning algorithms; identify, plan and build appropriate service layer for displaying machine learning insights onto the cloud -based UI/CDT4; innovate and improve Data Science teams technological capability to work with more complex and larger datasets for producing predictive and prescriptive (actionable) business intelligence; identify strategies including technologies for acquiring and storing adhoc business data in Hadoop for future use in developing actionable business insights; manage and operationalize Machine Learning algorithms through the various phases of Insights Life Cycle Development (iDLC) from initial development to testing and final launch in production environment; manage and guide the Data Science team members through the iDLC process for rapid deployment of AI/machine learning models into production; and design and deploy technologies so that business insights from machine learning models can be consumed or passed on to other BI tools like Tableau. Telecommuting is permitted pursuant to Company policy.

Minimum requirements are: Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field plus 13 years of related pre- or post-Master's experience. Alternatively, Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field or equivalent plus 15 years of related experience.

Must have: Total experience above must include the following (can be gained concurrently): 8 years of proven experience as a system, data, or information architect; 3 years of proven experience in development and deployment of machine learning models in production environment. Must also have the following: proven experience with Cloudera big data technologies, including Hadoop, Spark, Hive, Kafka, Pig, and Sqoop; proven experience with big data architecting, analyzing, and managing; proven experience with implementing big data management processes, procedures, and decision support; proven experience with relational data structures, theories, principles, and practices; demonstrated experience with enterprise repository data modeling, data mapping, and data profiling tools; proven experience with managing data and metadata migration; demonstrated experience with data platforms such as MySQL, Oracle, and MS SQL Server; and proven experience with Python programming language using Spark.
