About Long Term Private Capital

Long Term Private Capital ("LTPC") is BlackRock's direct private equity fund with a differentiated approach to traditional private equity. LTPC's strategy is to make control private equity investments in market-leading companies with outstanding management teams across the technology, healthcare, business and financial services, and consumer end markets. LTPC leverages the extensive expertise of its investment team and the global resources of the BlackRock platform to source investment opportunities and to execute specific growth and value-creation initiatives within each investment. LTPC's permanent capital enables a flexible hold period and a more prudent approach to leverage to support growth and maximize long term investor returns. The team seeks to deploy its $4.3 billion of capital raised since 2020 primarily in North America and Western Europe and is expected to grow its asset under management over time through both capital appreciation and new investor commitments in one permanent investing vehicle. Five investments have been made from the fund thus far, three based in North America and two in Europe.
