Responsibilities
- Introduce end-to-end journey design thinking and CX frameworks into the business operating system. Ensure ongoing development and articulation of capabilities, standard, processes, tools, and methods required to support evolving design needs
- Lead the full design process hands on: user research, experience strategy, prototyping, testing and high-fidelity UX/UI and visual design
- Keep up-to-date on experience design, user research trends and best-in-class market practices. Provide recommendations to offer actionable insights that will shape new customer interactions, propositions and improvements. Help internal clients prioritize actions
- Bachelor degree or above, with at least 10 years of experience in UED design in Internet industry
- At least 8 years of experience in UED team management and nurturing. Distill business, customer, and technology constraints into digestible components for the design team
- Strong sense of innovation, outstanding communication skill, with out of box /forward thinking, sensitive to new trend and be able to communicate and envision design concepts across organization
- Demonstrable strong knowledge in creating design system which connects the principles to every day decision making to craft high-quality banking experience
- Deep expertise in UX design, interactive prototyping, Digital Advertising, Visual & Brand Communication or related disciplines
- Demonstrated experience in building products across platforms including PC/iOS/Android. Has won international design awards is preferred
- Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese
