As a Barclays Reporting Head of Candidate Acquisition - Markets & Research Lead you will be the Regional Head of Programmatic Recruitment, the role holder will be responsible for driving US candidate acquisition activity for Markets & Research including the School Captain model; including but not limited to Interns, Graduate working in conjunction with the Talent Acquisition sub-services; Executive; Programmatic; Professional, Policy, Standards and Governance to ensure Talent Acquisition services are being delivered against the strategy.

This is a highly visible role and the role holder will need to be able to share and display an understanding of commercial value and an in depth knowledge of the business areas they are partnering with. Role incumbents will act as ambassadors for Talent Acquisition both internally and externally as appropriate.

A key requirement of the role will be to collaborate through others including the sub-services, colleagues from the business, 3rd party providers and across other HR transaction cycles to effectively ensure delivery of a great candidate, hiring manager and stakeholder experience.

What will you be doing?

• Drive and own end to end acquisition for US Markets & Research candidate and School Captain activity for all Programmatic channels; including but not limited to Interns, Graduates specifically as it relates to our events and assessment strategies
• Partner with the business and work in conjunction with Programmatic Planning teams, agree and attend a calendar of events associated with attraction to all Programmatic channels including campus, recruitment events and school events
• Investment School Captains - on campus presence and accountability for strategy and for 4/5 of the investment school relationships and 10/15 priority school relationships
• Develop and implement attraction and assessment efforts that are in line with both firm goals and individual pathway goals
• Educate stakeholders on our recruitment strategy and value proposition, and engage them in our efforts
• Design an impactful and integrated candidate attraction strategy based on data analysis and a deep knowledge of universities and organizations
• Evaluate ROI on events and use information to inform future decisions/recommendations
• Design and execute assessment processes that will achieve firm goals while allowing for all Programmatic channels to effectively source for individualized programming
• Coaching, training and support of team members in relation to Programme Support activities as required
• Partner with Head of Diversity to ensure ambitions are achieved for Markets & Research
