Change Manager - Agile, Technology, Digitalisation

Essential Experience:

* Experience of managing, implementing, delivering and monitoring change impact on complex transformation change projects. Understand the principles, tools, techniques, concepts and practices of change management methodologies.

* Experience of working with and delivering for multi disciplinary teams.

* A strong, all rounded creative communicator with a flair for generating multi-media content which resonates across a range of mediums and levels to ensure adoption.

* Ability to apply a logical, digital solution based and analytical approach to work.

* You will have a track record of engaging with stakeholders across a range of levels and developing those relationships. You will also have experience in delivering virtual and or/ Face to face training or coaching programmes.

* Excellent project planning skills and experience of using project management and planning tools such as MS-Project. Good knowledge of the Google Workspace (formally GSuite), and able to demonstrate a high proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint.

* Experience in creating, managing content for and delivering innovative tech enabled videos, demos, e-learning playbooks, Interactive PDFs, QRGs, user guides is desirable (but not essential).
