We are currently looking for an

Investment Associate - Venture and Growth Capital (m/f/d)

to support our investment team.

Your Mission

We offer you the opportunity to be part of a seasoned and motivated team with proventrack record of successful investment experience and a unique network across asset classes, sectors and geographies. We are building a portfolio of venture and growth capital investments and partner with best-in-class fund managers and leading entrepreneurs and corporates around the globe. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Actively screening and sourcing investment opportunities and proceeding with an initial assessment
• Conducting the investment process together with the deal team and taking an active role in the execution of the investment process
• Carrying out detailed due diligence and research of emerging (technology) trends, sectors and potential investment opportunities, supporting our objective to build a high-quality investment portfolio in the venture and growth equity space
• Engaging with potential co-investors, internal and external subject matter experts to close transactions
• Supporting internal reporting around investment portfolio performance

Your Profile

• Graduated from a top tier university, at either a graduate or postgraduate level
• At least 3 to 5 years of professional experience in one of the following sectors: Investment Banking / Private Equity / Venture Capital / Asset Management / Transaction Advisory / Corporate Finance / M&A / Consulting
• Ability to conduct analysis of complex information including numerical analysis, present key conclusions and withstand challenge from internal and external audiences
• Excellent presentation skills, as well as financial modelling expertise
• Resilient, highly self-motivated and results-driven, entrepreneurial personality
• Multi-cultural background: either by languages spoken, countries lived in or attitude
• Communicative team player with a confident demeanor, self-motivated and able to work autonomously and manage own workload
