As a part of role your responsibility includes:
• IB Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) is a key function within the Investment Banking (IB) Division which is responsible for the development of strategic-initiatives supporting the IB business-groups globally
• This is a global organization with senior professionals across regions and specialist functions
• We are looking for a Vice President to lead the Asia Pacific IB CAO efforts, in close coordination with the Global IB CAO and APAC IB COO organizations (reporting into the CAO organization)
• Oversee expense management process for the IB (myT&E, MyShop, expense pool, GAD, etc)
• Management of the overall support functions (which is primarily admin assistants and presentation technologies)
• Key coordination role in the Investment Bank's (IB) business continuity planning and management (currently passionate about the response to the pandemic and facilitating the return to office strategy)
• Management, review and analysis of market data portfolio
• Management of IB regional facilities (in partnership with GBSS) including lease management, restacks, lease options, local facilities issues, seating planning, occupancy costs
• Management of support services (particular focus on admin assistants and PresTech in IBCM)
• Management of IB specific vendors and services to ensure compliance to commercial contract terms, performance-metrics and internal outsourcing/deployment policies
• Manage technology enablement for the IB (onboarding, offboarding, facilitates system updates and roll-outs, end-user training, close interaction with compliance on IB-specific system/access issues, etc.)
• Management of global travel services provided to IB
