Our client is an Asia-headquartered fintech that works with financial intermediaries and builds payment solutions for small businesses in accounts receivables and payables operations. In its pre-Series B phase, they are hiring a Regional Product Marketing Manager to be based in Hong Kong or Singapore.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive the go-to-market strategy for product and country expansion, including understanding the competitive landscape, developing product positioning and messaging, creating compelling content and building marketing programs to increase awareness and adoption
  • Being an expert on the firm's target market and customers - who they are, how they make purchasing decisions and their key buying criteria
  • Build on customer insight and marketing intelligence, segmenting the target audience in order to develop messaging and information that targets customer pain points
  • Become the subject matter expert and work closely with product, marketing and customer success teams
  • Producing content and thought leadership assets for every stage of the customer journey
  • Continuous assessment of effectiveness of marketing campaigns, testing of marketing messaging, and making improvements


Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product marketing with a strong track record of success
  • Experience in supporting strategic efforts in product launches, audience research, messaging and positioning
  • Strong knowledge of customer and audience segmentation
  • Near-native English communication and writing skills with an ability to craft compelling thought leadership content in different formats
  • Ability to use data to drive decision making
  • Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to collaborate successfully across a number of teams and markets and drive projects forward
  • Team player attitude and a strong start up mindset
  • Knowledge and experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
  • Experience or passion in Fintech, SaaS or other relevant industry background
