A great opportunity to work as a Team Assistant for a lovely, high performing investment firm. You will work closely with the Office Manager to manage the smooth running of the office, which is visually impressive and contemporary.
You could be supporting a team of up to 18, with diary, travel, administration, expenses etc - this is shared with the Office Manager.
Excellent experience using MS Office is a must as you will be helping prepare and amend documents for the European team.
This is a lovely, sociable role that would suit a person that can work hard and on multiple tasks, however, won't take themselves too seriously.
This is a super role, working for a high achieving firm. It would suit someone that can adapt to different working styles of different bosses, someone who can forward plan and be aware of how to get your reports to different places, in different time zones whilst planning for any glitches.
Typical duties for this role would include but are not limited to;
Whilst this is a broad role, it would definitely suit a more reactive Team Assistant/PA.
For this role you will need a minimum of 2 years similar experience, you will have worked in a professional services environment before, have exceptional attention to detail, be a team player and communicate effectively and professionally.
In return you will be offered a competitive salary + 20% bonus + annual pay reviews + a whole host of other benefits. Plus the company has annual off site trips which involve the whole company and is bi-annual long haul and annual European.
