Reporting into the Head of Marketing & Marketing Communications for Consumer Banking & Wealth Management (CBG), this opening is to oversee the marketing, branding & research function covering Deposit, Mortgage, Cards, Unsecured Loans, Bancassurance, Affluent segment (Treasures), Ultra High Net worth segments (PB/TPC) and GBA.

Responsibilities
  • Own and manage all consumer banking's product & segment marketing
  • Act as a core member in various Horizontal Organization Product & Segment squad as to collaborate across functions and drive business results.
  • Lead a team of 12 staff from VP to Analyst level.
  • Work closely with Regional Marketing team
  • Creative & media agency management
Accountabilities
  • To co -own and strive to achieve annual business KPI & scorecard items
  • Manage the process of value proposition for various products, source and manage agencies as required for different projects
  • Properly manage advertising budget, ensure all expense items are within budget & documented
  • Manage quarterly Marketing Planning process
  • Manage, coach, and grow the team
Requirements
  • Over 10 years of marketing experience in leadership or management role, solid experience in driving a product/brand portfolio and effective agency management is a must.
  • University graduate major in marketing, communications, language or literature preferred
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant marketing experience
  • Proven marketing management experience
  • With strategic mindset in understanding the business challenges and opportunities that can add value to the business
  • Able to link actions and decisions to the deliverables with problem solving skills for complex issues
  • Able to drive innovation culture for the team
  • Able to drive cross-functional collaboration with other teams
  • Capacity to build a risk management and control culture and ensure guidelines are adhered
  • Good analytical and project management skills
  • Strong leadership skills and able to define directions for the team and get resources aligned
  • Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork
