Middle Officer - Infrastructure Funds (Senior Profile))

The main tasks will be as following:

• Analyzing and monitoring of investments from the Fund to the acquisition Company.
  Recording all financial instruments into our investment software Efront.

• Liquidity Management: cash forecast at Fund/Holding level, follow up and managing external Fund financing "Equity Bridge Financing'', monitoring and preparation of capital call and distribution. Controlling and reconciliation of daily cash movements.

• Coordination with all counterparties: Depositary Bank, Transfer Agent, Accountants, Auditors.

• Participation and support the Front team during the investment transaction and during the Asset Management period.

• Quarterly Fund NAV: Participation of the quarterly investments committee review, Controlling and reviewing investment NAV to prepare Fund quarterly reporting package
  (such as Fund NAV, Fund Quarterly reporting, Investor capital account).

• Investor communication: KYC onboarding, Due diligence, follow up and coordination on requests, sending of Fund quarterly packages.

• Improvement of control processes, workflow management and reporting formats.

• Participation of the Investment Committee and preparing the minutes.

The Middle Officer will report directly to the Head of Middle Office in Paris but he/she will also works closely with the Middle Office team based in Luxembourg.

Travel requirements on monthly basis (mainly Luxembourg)

The applicant must be gratuated level BAC+5 in Legal, economy, Finance.

He's got to have at least 5 years of relevant experience in the position, at an international Prvate Equity, of infrasctructure fund company.

He's got to have proficient analysis and synthesis skills, and excellent interpersonal and writing capabilities

He's got to able able to deal with complex situations and heavy workload, that needs organisationnal and prioritization skills.

This position also require for the applicant to be dynamic, curious, flexible, rigorous, organized, good listener, good communication, team spirit, and interested in its multidisciplinarity.

The applicant must have relevant transversal knowledge in Finance, Accounting, corporate law, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especcialy Excel and Word.

Knowledge in Efront is a plus.

The position requires excellent level in English, both written and spoken, proficiency in French may be a plus.
