Exciting opportunity with a leading Consultancy to join their rapidly growing , Insurance Digital Transformation, Risk Advisory Division.
The team sits within the Risk Advisory service line and supports clients with their most complex challenges in this space. They offer unrivalled depth of experience in supporting insurance companies transition from legacy ways of working into digital organisations.
You will have responsibility for delivering engagements for a portfolio of clients, across the insurance sector.
Depending on your level of experience you will be responsible for the following areas:

Depending on your level of experience you will be responsible for the following areas:
- Delivery of advisory engagements
- Team strategy and capability development
- Business Development
- Market Insight
Ideally you will be able to demonstrate the following competencies:
- Significant experience in the insurance industry, with strong knowledge of insurance, insurance broking or reinsurance;
- A strong understanding of the operational and regulatory environment for insurers, brokers and reinsurers
- Experience working within the regulatory framework for insurers, brokers and reinsurers, such as the FCA and PRA supervisory frameworks or Solvency II
- Significant experience of working with technology and data analytics functions specifically in relation to digital technologies or transformation programmes;
- Significant experience of interacting with senior client stakeholders up to c-suite level.
- Consultancy experience or industry experience focussed on digital technologies or change programmes;
- Demonstrable experience in the ability to build effective relationships with multiple stakeholders both internally and externally with clients;
