Responsibilities
Qualifications
- Deal origination, proactive sourcing, market studies
- Modelling and valuation of investment opportunities
- Monitoring of portfolio companies and executing value creation plan
- Assisting in all aspects of deal execution including market and financial due diligence, structuring and contract negotiation, drafting and negotiating of deal documentation
- Prepare detailed Investment Committee memos and presentations
- Oversee junior professionals in the development of detailed financial and cash flow projection models
Qualifications
- 7 to 10 years of work experience in private equity, corporate finance or strategy consulting, preferably with solid financial modeling and valuation expertise
- Exceptional financial modeling skills
- Master's degree in engineering or economics & finance with excellent academic credentials
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines
- Strong business and investment acumen
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills Personality
