For our client, an international alternative asset manager, we are looking for a Proposal Analyst focusing on the fundraising cycle for their expanding office in the heart of Zürich. For this role our client is looking for a junior candidate (recent university graduate or someone graduating in 2022) with experience in a client-oriented role in Financial Services, preferably in Asset Management. The studies should be focused on relevant topics: Financial Services, Banking and Asset Management. Fluency English is a must, as well as fluency either in German or French.

- Take the lead in creating proposals
- Write convincing, high-quality investment proposal content for RFPs and presentations
- Transforming complex investment ideas into convincing fundraising content
- Contributing to the development of concise marketing material for the company's bespoke solutions
- Participating in projects related to the development and improvement of fundraising content, processes and tools
- Being a key content owner and bearing the responsibility for creating new and improving existing fundraising materials and messages
- Recent university graduate or someone graduating in 2022, with studies focused on Financial Services subject.
- Relevant internship or under 1 year of work experience in Financial Services in areas of Front Office, Sales Strategy, Product Marketing, Investment Management
- Good understanding of private markets, particularly funds of funds (experience in a private equity firm is an advantage)
- Ability to transform complex ideas into convincing statements
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with professionals of various levels across different teams
- Resilient personality and drive to deliver high-quality results under time pressure
- Ability to work both independently and in teams
- Excellent communication skills in English and either German or French
- Proficient user of MS Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint); VBA skills are a plus
