This is a chance to become one of the real difference makers, ploughing forwards into new pastures and defining the procurement strategies for the business moving forwards. This role would suit someone with a strategic mindset and strong negotiation skills.
In this role you will be:
- Acting as a Business Partner for IT Operations, Development and more
- Negotiating commercial conditions with providers
- Defining the procurement strategy for the acquisition of IT and IT services
- Managing the entire lifecycle of contact with international suppliers
- Creating the Request for Proposal documents as well as supplier contracts
- Managing the entire procurement process, (purchase planning, market analyses, tenders, supplier selection & negotiation of agreements)
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong negotiation skills and a proven track record of this (within IT Procurement is plus)
- Good contract and legal knowledge
- A degree in Engineering, Industrial or otherwise
- Fluent in both English and German, written and spoken
- A strategic mindset with experience of working in a team
- A network-oriented way of thinking and acting
