About the Department
The Technology and Operations function is comprised of five teams of specialists with distinct capabilities: business partnership, technology, operations, risk governance and planning support and services. We work closely together to harness the power of technology to support our physical and digital banking services and operations. This includes developing, centralising and standardising technology systems as well as banking operations in Singapore and overseas branches.
Job Responsibilities
• Work closely with requirement stakeholders to understand complete requirements of the system enhancements
• Prepare manual test script or design automation test case base on the scope of changes
• Prepare test data needed for the testing and incorporate in test automation run
• Participate in user acceptance testing in manual and automation test execution
• Track and monitor testing progress and defect resolution
• Provide regular test progress report
• Engage relevant stakeholders on test results review
• Ensure user acceptance testing exit criteria are met before signoff
• Participate in live verification for system enhancements and projects
• Provide post implementation support

Job Requirements
What are the Skills/Technical Ability required?
- Degree in Information Technolgy, Finance and Banking or equivalent
- Skill in test automation and script writing, preferably using TOSCA test automation tool
- Tech savvy and familiar with internet banking, mobile applications and digitial solutions
- Strong analytical skills
What are the Attributes/Personality traits required?
- Able to multi-task with good time manangement skills
- Good interpersonal & communication (both spoken/written) skills
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Inquisitive and possess positive learning attitude
Work Experience Desired (No of years, industry type, function)
- Min. 5 to 8 years of relevant working experience in system project implementations of retail banking and channel initiatives
- Relevant knowledge on testing practices and testing experience in retail banking applications such as core banking applications, branch teller applications, self-service banking applications, internet and mobile banking applications
- Working experience in using TOSCA to design test case and develop automation script
