This role would suit someone used to a fast-paced and fluid environment and broad base of experiences across all aspects of core finance; personality and business partnering skills are also key and this isn't a role for a pure number cruncher or wallflower.
Owing to growth and an increase in deal activity, this role will oversee a small finance team and cover all aspects of corporate accounting, management/board reporting, transaction support, treasury, valuations and a little bit of fund accounting for some legacy co-invest structures. All in all a very diverse and rewarding opportunity that would suit an agile minded person who can flip quickly between BAU reporting as well as commercial projects. Exposure to the investment team as well as Principal and decision makers is a given, with the expectation that you'd support the FD as their 2iC.
I'm looking to speak to people who are fully qualified - ACA, CA, ACCA, ACMA or equivalent - with a background working in a smaller funds management environment, be that mainstream asset/wealth management or alternatives, with a preference for someone who's already been in a management role and around 6 to 7 years+ PQE or thereabouts. Valuations experience would be the icing on the cake and/or you could be someone from a background on the corporate side keen to pick up some funds finance type experiences.
In return the company can offer a diverse and inclusive working culture, healthy blend of technical as well as commercial experiences and a sociable as well as high performing culture.
Salary on offer is around £90-100,000 base plus benefits and bonus. Hybrid working 3 days / 2 days with lots of flexibility and a tip top central London office location.
Unfortunately tier 2 Visa sponsorship is not on offer for this appointment.
