Product Team Leader

Job Description:

Formulate strategic plan on product develpment to meet international clients' needs
Assess product ideas and submit relevant proposals on new products or product modifications based on market trends
Develop product platform to ensure the smooth running of the international business
Coordinate with regional heads, international clients coordination team and back office on product development, execution and risk management
Understand the firm's risk management approaches and ensure compliance of legal and regulatory rules in overseas markets
Provide product research, training and enhance product knowledge of frontline staff
Keep abreast of the market evolvement, industry development, market trend and regulatory requirements changes
Proactively build effective internal and external network

Knowledge

A profound knowledge of different financial products
Good sense to market movement, potential products and regulatory issues
Familiar with relevant rules, regulations and market practice applicable to overseas market

Skills and Abilities

An entreprenuear with strong business and quantitative skills
Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
Able to work effectively with external and internal stakeholders in different countries
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese

Qualifications

Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in the financial services sector with strong product development experience
Master degree in Finance, Economics or related discipline from prestigious universities
