We are looking for a Lead Business Analyst to work at the heart of our brilliant BA practice in DWP Digital.

You'll work closely with our Head of Role for BAs, to build capability and good practice across the profession.

Business Analysts work alongside multidisciplinary digital experts to transform these IT systems - some of which were initially built nearly 40 years ago - and migrate millions of cases across more than 90 policy lines onto innovative, accessible new digital services.

What skills, knowledge and experience will you need?

• Building strong relationships with our functional stakeholders to understand their needs and grow their capability.
• Working with other leads and professions to deliver a joined up service to functions.
• Helping to grow capability throughout the BA community.
• Advocating for the value of the Business Analysis Profession.
• Working with the team to build a strong community of Practice
• Identifying key metrics for our team to identify our effectiveness.
• Identify and manage new ways to bring in talent through recruitment and apprenticeships.
