middle level Trader (mainly debt product) role under Treasury department

Job Description

• Formulate debt investment and trading strategies under liquidity management framework

• Assist in debt securities portfolio management to achieve profit target

• Undertake credit analysis and leverage on market intelligence to make debt investment recommendations

• Execute bond transactions within given risk limits (Ensure all key risk indicators are in compliance with internal limits and regulatory requirements.)

• Prepare analytical reports on market updates and portfolio review (Perform research & analysis, compile reports on market conditions, trends and information related to interest rate market)

• Develop and review policies, procedures and stress testing relating to fixed income investment Requirements:

• At least 3 years' experience in debt investment with financial institutions • Experience or knowledge in asset management, derivatives, financial or quantitative modelling is a plus

• Proactive and attentive to detail (Strong analytical ability and sensitive to numbers, with enthusiasm in conducting investment proposals) • Strong project management skills and ability to work independently
