Our client is one of the most renowned buyout funds, investing in large cap companies globally. They have an outstanding track record and a great reputation. The firm is now looking to add an Analyst / Associate in their Investor Relations team in London.

In this role, you will be responsible for servicing the institutional investor base while project managing current and future fundraising for existing and new products. You will become a product specialist across both private equity and private credit. You will work closely with the head of the team overseeing the work of the junior team members and getting involved with everything from product development to fund launch and managing the full end to end process. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a well established and high-calibre team covering both Private Equity and Credit strategies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Project manage end to end fundraising processes
  • Play a key part in product development and corporate strategy development in preparation for launching new funds
  • Develop and review marketing materials for fundraising, roadshows, AGMs and ad hoc investor communications
  • Lead on investor due diligence efforts throughout the fundraising period as well as supporting quarterly reporting as required
  • Have oversight of junior team members, reviewing their work and driving the team in the right direction

YOUR PROFILE:
  • Experience working within a placement agent or investor relations team at a private markets firm or asset manager
  • Excellent academic credentials are required at both A-Level and degree level
  • Exceptional English communication skills both written and verbal
  • Detail-oriented, structured thinker with strong project management skills
  • Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
