We are hiring a team of recruiters to drive transformational change related to the diversity represented in our experienced hire recruiting outcomes primarily focusing on associate and above hires. These recruiters will be laser-focused on growing a robust and diverse candidate pipeline for one or more business areas of the firm and will play a consultative and influential role with firm leadership to ensure that our pipeline is matched to roles which allow them to thrive.
Recruiters will support specific businesses of the firm, including Asset Management, Consumer Wealth, Investment Banking, Global Markets, Control, Finance & Operations and Engineering.
Responsibilities:
  • Identify effective and inclusive sourcing strategies that widen the funnel of talented professionals while leveraging your curiosity and creativity to discover new approaches to finding, engaging and hiring talent, including top-of-funnel sourcing, community partnership, sharing knowledge and best practices with the wider team, and working with stakeholders across a business area to set longer-term inclusive recruiting strategies through measurement, reporting and analysis
  • Manage key internal client relationships, including business leadership, hiring managers, recruiters and inclusion networks to influence sourcing, interview and hiring strategy in specific business area(s) of the firm
  • Learn your line of business' current and future hiring needs by building relationships at all levels of the organization and understanding the external market for talent
  • Implement and lead a candidate-centric approach to consistent engagement - to ensure a positive and transparent candidate experience from initial contact to offer decision
  • Leverage data and metrics to inform our approach, communicate priorities and measure progress
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in client-focused, dynamic environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as effective interpersonal skills with demonstrated client focus
  • Experienced project manager with demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex time-sensitive projects
  • Attention to detail and excellent follow through required
  • Client focused, service oriented, relationship builder - comfortable with direct candidate outreach and navigating a dynamic client environment as well as vendor management relationships
  • Ability to work in high volume environment - handle multiple responsibilities/searches and prioritize accordingly
Preferred:
  • Experience with DEI, diversity initiatives and/or recruiting/talent management and awareness of current diversity landscape, trends, and organizations
  • Ability to develop relationships with senior professionals and work collaboratively across teams; Credibility to influence at the highest levels within divisions and the firm
  • Strong analytical skills and comfortable telling stories with data
  • Ability to learn various recruiting technologies efficiently
