RESPONSIBILITIES:
Our client is a private equity team with a strong track record. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals atAssociate / Senior Associate / AVP level to join a growing private equity investment team based in Saudi Arabia. The team invests via direct equity into the security sector.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Involvement in all aspects of the transaction process
- Evaluating and screening investment opportunities
- Structuring and executing investments across multiple sectors
- Portfolio monitoring
- Take responsibility for the development and analysis of financial models as well as participation in due diligence
- Experience from one or more of the following: a top-tier investment bank, or the Big 4, or a venture capital / private equity firm
- You should have a degree from a top-tier university
- Willingness and ability to relocate and be based in Saudi Arabia full time
