Our client is a leading private equity fund based in Saudi Arabia, with an outstanding track record in private equity transactions globally. This is an exciting opportunity for an Associate to join their growing and highly successful team. The role will focus on direct private equity investments in sports, entertainment and leisure, across the GCC region.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Involved in all aspects of the transaction process, including valuating and screening investment opportunities, structuring and executing investments across multiple sectors and portfolio monitoring
• Take responsibility for the development and analysis of financial models as well as participation in due diligence
• You will also gain exposure to the portfolio companies

YOUR PROFILE:

• Experience from one or more of the following: a top-tier investment bank, strategy consulting firm or the Big 4, or a venture capital / private equity firm
• Experience in sports, entertainment and/or leisure is preferred
• You should have a degree and / or MBA from a top-tier university
• Willingness and ability to relocate and be based in Saudi Arabia full time
