JOB DESCRIPTION

Supporting Keppel Infrastructure Fund Management Finance team, the individual will:
  • Oversee the preparation of group consolidation, financial reporting requirements and SGX quarterly announcements
  • Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, statutory & regulatory requirements
  • Work closely with Asset Management team and subsidiary finance teams to review subsidiary management results and drive goals and outcomes
  • Oversee the preparation of Monthly Business Reviews, Group Budgets and Forecasts
  • Maintain and review financial policies and procedures and ensure alignment and compliance within the Group
  • Participate in M&A projects to provide advice and support on finance, tax, structuring and corporate finance matters
  • Manage the internal and external audit processes
  • To prepare and present the audit committee/ board materials and attend quarterly Audit and Risk Committee and Board Meetings
  • Assist to prepare and review financial information for inclusion in public documents e.g. SGX circulars, announcements for special projects
  • Support the business functions on investment/finance related matters
  • Any other adhoc projects as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Degree in Accountancy, Finance or its equivalent
  • Chartered Accountant qualification. CFA/ MBA will be an added advantage.
  • Experienced with Corporate Finance and capital market fundraising
  • More than 12 years of relevant experience with at least 5 year experience in listed entities
  • Strong financial literacy skills. Financial modeling skills are an added advantage
  • Good presentation skills, with experience in writing and presenting board papers.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines in fast pace work environment
  • Experience in infrastructure industry preferred
