- Responsible for the day-to-day operational management of existing real estate portfolio in APAC
- Develop and execute on the business plan for each investment including leasing, development, capex, ESG strategy, financing and exit
- Participate and provide strategic direction in quarterly board meetings with portfolio companies and JV partners
- Reviewing annual business plans and budgets and presenting them internally. Monitor and oversee revenue and cost drivers
- Identify and analyze trends in the industry and recommend asset management strategies and opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with portfolio companies / JV partners / operating partners external asset
- Build portfolio companies / JVs - Proactively pass on market knowledge on to more junior colleagues
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of relevant asset management experience and thorough understanding of Asia Pacific real estate market
- Proven track record asset managing real estate portfolios (across different asset classes), both stabilizing assets and greenfield development
- Strong project management, financial and analytical skills
- Ability to build strong internal and external relationships
- Strong communication skills in English. An Asian language skill would be a plus for this position
- The candidate must have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree with honors from a top university or college
