What the job involves
In this role, you'll work on all aspects of the fundraising cycle from client onboarding to fundraising support. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic, entrepreneurial Analyst to step into the private markets industry and help in growing and establishing the firm in Europe.
- Assisting in the preparation of marketing materials including private placement memoranda, teasers, investor presentations and management meeting materials
- Attending regular strategy meetings with senior-level client executives, as well as investor meetings
- Analysing financial and performance information and assisting with the preparation of track record information and forward-looking financial models
- Helping prospective investors through their due diligence process by preparing responses to investor due diligence requests
- Coordinating client fundraising roadshows, travel and related logistics of capital raising activities
- Preparing weekly fundraising process updates for clients and communicating regularly with institutional investor coverage professionals
- Prior work experience in investment banking, private equity or alternatives, asset management or investor relations/ placement agent is preferred
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office with excellent numeracy skills
- Rigorous attention to detail under high-pressure
- Ability to work independently across multiple projects under competing deadlines
- Confident, strong team player with exceptional interpersonal skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English is essential, any other European language is desirable
