Responsibilities:
Requirement:
- Lead the investment team in all aspects of the deal execution process
- Lead M&A deal execution, including sourcing of new deals, target screening, financial due diligence, deal structuring, transaction management
- Conduct market research, analysis, and due diligence of a variety of private equity investment opportunities
- Manage the overall investment process, keep track of the progress of investment projects
- Proactively engage with the portfolio companies and help them to further grow
Requirement:
- 6+ years of private equity experience at a globally recognized top tier investment bank or private equity firm
- Experiences in the TMT and gaming sector is a big plus
- Top academic records from top tier universities
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin (MUST)
- A strong track record of deal sourcing, and leadership experience of a small investment team on a daily basis
- Legally eligible to work in USA is a MUST
