JOB DESCRIPTION:

You will play a vital role in bringing transparency and comparability to Alter Domus global book of assets under administration, exceeding $1trn. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to further expand analytical excellence on an ongoing basis as we aim to encompass achievement within a working environment that is rewarding, stimulating and where there is a constant focus on building skills and competencies through learning. The below tasks further elaborate your goals:
  • Act as an escalation point for questions and issues raised by clients or by data entry colleagues, analysing the applicable financial situation and making a decision or recommendation
  • Review financial data sets produced by Credit-Vision system and automation tools
  • Oversee onboarding of new clients, as well as new assets from existing clients. Quickly understand the credit and financial statements. Provide clear new requirements to technology colleagues, as applicable.
  • Exhibit a deep understanding of financial statements and key ratios/metrics
  • Flexible and excited to work on an emerging product line and technology
  • Strong customer focus, develop strong professional relationships with key clients
  • Collaborative and able to listen to new points of view, as well as articulate a strong opinion
  • Maintain a deep understanding of loan market trends and issues
  • Entrepreneurial and eager to contribute to product innovation.

YOUR PROFILE:
  • Act as an escalation point for questions and issues raised by clients or by data entry colleagues, analyzing the applicable financial situation and making a decision or recommendation
  • Relevant business qualifications such as CFA, CPA, ACA, ACCA, etc. are a strong plus
  • 2-5 years professional experience within a rating agency, commercial bank, asset manager or consulting role relating to asset management
  • Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of financial statement analysis and accounting concepts
  • Proficiency with calculations and the ability to maintain accuracy and be detail oriented while complying with strict and tight deadlines
  • Ability to multi-task and manage deadlines under time pressure
  • Team player with excellent time management skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Diligent and intellectually curious, self-starter with a strong work ethic and a drive to succeed
