We’re looking for an experienced, analytical, enthusiastic and high-performing FP&A Analyst to join a global Finance team. The FP&A Analyst shall provide ongoing financial planning, analysis and reporting to inform and support key business decisions. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient using Excel and be able to mine large data sets for analysis of financial information and tracking key performance metrics. The candidate must possess a high level of attention to detail, a strong sense of accountability and collaboration skills as well as hands-on experience with reporting and communicating data.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with stakeholders to outline and define data definitions and collaborate with Data
  • Science team to compile and track KPIs and internal metrics
  • Build forecasting tools and automate reports and dashboards that provide insights into business measurement and effectiveness
  • Perform regular metric monitoring and revise as needed as the number of datasets and critical systems expand
  • Build intuitive presentations, interfaces, infographics and visualizations to tell stories with data using Excel and PowerPoint
  • Create and develop financial reports and related materials for management review, board materials and investor relations
  • Oversight and maintenance of updating annual budget and financial model/projections
  • Identifying and pursuing opportunities to manage and improve our working capital (including lines of credit, payment terms, etc.)
  • Managing our capitalization table for new options/warrants issuances and exercises
  • Develop models and drafting marketing materials related to financing and fundraises
  • Manage MRR forecasting, Lifetime Value (LTV), Churn and ARPU modeling
  • Perform commission calculation reviews and incentive compensation forecasting
  • Assist with internal and external financial audits and other ad hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Must be highly proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Experience building financial models with strong fluency in Excel formulas and functions
  • Expertise in manipulating large data sets, interpreting data trends, and combining a multitude of disparate data sources to track and analyze KPIs
  • Comfortable working in collaboration with Engineering and Data Science teams on validation of source data
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with business acumen to see the big picture
  • Strong verbal and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
