Project Management Associate

Job Description and Responsibilities

Ranger Global is seeking to hire a Product Management Associate who will perform a key role in supporting the growth of the firm’s Product group – the organizational hub that connects investment product analytics and information with internal stakeholders, clients and prospects. Areas of responsibility include:

• Marketing Collateral
  Support the development and maintenance of marketing materials for all of the firm’s investment strategies and vehicles, including: presentations, fact sheets, marketing brochures, webcasts and white papers. Support the development of investment commentaries. Work with Compliance to acquire approval of materials where required.
• Investment Product Analytics & Information
  Support the management of product analytics and information for all of the firm’s investment strategies. The Product group serves as the main organizational resource for all quantitative and qualitative investment product information, including: performance and attribution analysis; product analytics (holdings, exposures, characteristics, risk metrics); assets under management and flows data; narrative language and FAQ language.
• Client Reporting
  Support the production of timely and accurate client reporting for institutional and sub-advisory clients, including customized/ad hoc client requests for portfolio analytics. Requires the use of FactSet and collaboration with investment team.
• Institutional and Retail Sales Support
  Support the Director of Institutional Sales and Client Service. Primary responsibilities include: sales prospecting support utilizing FinSearches, eVestment Market Lens and LinkedIn; create custom materials for meetings; respond to RFPs and ad hoc product information requests; provide meeting follow-up informational requests; conduct competitor analysis (eVestment, Morningstar, Preqin); populate institutional investor databases using eVestment Omni. 
• GIPS Composite Verification

Support the firm’s annual GIPS composite verification with independent verification firm. Liaise with back-office provider and client custodians to produce supportive data to acquire firm’s annual GIPS compliance verification.

• 
  Support the Senior Product Specialist with various ad hoc projects, including the increased automation of various Product functions utilizing FactSet and Microsoft SharePoint, and reconciliation of FactSet reporting with back-office holdings/transactions. Assist with preparation of materials for sales and client service presentations, quarterly board meeting materials, video conference and sales meeting logistics, coordination and tracking.
