Your profile
 

• At least 5 years of professional experience in finance/treasury at large multinational corporates or related functions in international banks or consulting companies
• University degree in Business Administration, Finance or Economics; further specialization is beneficiary e.g., MBA / ACT / CFA
• Fluent in both English and Portuguese is mandatory, any other language of the region such as Italian or German, French, Spanish is a plus
• Expert knowledge of cash management, payments, fx risk management and trade finance
• Being able to communicate effectively in multicultural environments and collaborate relevant stakeholders among bank partners, CFO’s, Accounting, Legal, Reporting
• Knowledge of country/regional markets, regulatory framework and other financial institutions
• Experience in digital innovation and / or project management is a plus
   

Your Responsibilities
 

• Act as local CFOs’ point of contact for Trade Finance, Treasury and Project & Export Finance related topics.
• Advise on and manage risk positions related to foreign exchange, liquidity and guarantees
• Manage bank relations, including negotiation of contracts and its terms & conditions
• Procure the issuance and ongoing management of guarantees and (export) letters of credit
• Manage in-house bank activities, including payment factory, FX Management, electronic banking solutions, M&A/divestment projects and user management for IT tools
• Execute cash disposition and support liquidity planning process to ensure local funding of Siemens Energy entities in the region
• Execute external fx hedging according to Siemens Energy Treasury policies
• Manage Treasury bank accounts, including opening, closing, maintenance of bank accounts and management of authorized signatures
• Ensure the compliance with Treasury policies, procedures and controls
• Support digitalization and automation projects and the implementation of new Treasury and Trade Finance IT tools
