• We run a concentrated portfolio of high-conviction, long-only investments in European mid-sized companies. We look for resilient, industry-leading businesses with strong multi-year growth prospects that are undergoing a material inflection in their economics. Put simply: superb businesses, run by wonderful people, doing great things for their customers and ecosystems, hitting a sweet spot here and now
• We have one single aim: to be one of the hands-down, best investors in European equities over the next decade, as measured by us consistently delivering outlier returns

For example, we have an in-house primary researcher, enabling us to conduct very deep fundamental research into value chains that only a handful of investors are capable of, and a performance director who’s also responsible for driving elite performance across a range of world-leading special forces, sports and financial organisations
• We’re rapidly growing our assets under management. We’ve more than doubled our AUM in the last year and are on track to continue growing strongly through 2022+
• Our current and prospective investors are solely world-leading endowments, foundations, and family offices that have multi-decade investment horizons and that have made multi-year commitments to the fund

The successful candidate
• You’ll work intimately with the Portfolio Manager as well as the four other members of the investment team
• You’ll receive (and give) lots of feedback and responsibility from the off. Your growth trajectory will be substantial. You’ll be continually pushed beyond your comfort zone in a way that’s tailored to maximise your potential and fulfil your values and aspirations
• You’ll balance (i) being part of our collaborative and fast-moving ‘small team’ ethos with (ii) a significant amount of individual autonomy and accountability, in line with our high-trust and entrepreneurial culture
• We allocate capital based on merit, not tenure. Your investments should comprise at least 25%+ of the fund’s AUM within a year
• You’ll experience no bureaucracy, ‘not invented here’ or politics that are under the surface at many investment firms
• You’ll have meaningful responsibility for creatively contributing to the continual improvement of our team’s investment process at the group level, rather than simply being a ‘small cog in an established wheel’
• You’ll be compensated generously, meritocratically and transparently. We believe that ‘truly great’ investors are worth 100x ‘very good’ investors and we structure compensation accordingly
• You’ll work as a sector generalist, with scope to develop a deep circle of excellence in a variety of industries
