About Seapeak

Stonepeak Infrastructure Partners (“Stonepeak”), a leading asset manager with approximately $43.5 billion under management, has recently acquired Teekay LNG Partners L.P. and, as part of this acquisition, has renamed the company Seapeak LLC.  For Seapeak, this transaction will provide improved access to competitively priced capital for both fleet renewal and future growth in the gas space, in addition to opportunities in other marine-based businesses. The successful candidate will be employed by Seapeak and directly support its businesses.

Seapeak is one of the world’s largest independent owners and operators of Liquefied Natural Gas (“LNG”) carriers, providing LNG and Liquefied Petroleum Gas (“LPG”) services primarily under long-term, fee-based charter contracts through its interests in 47 LNG carriers, 20 mid-size LPG carriers, and seven multi-gas carriers. Seapeak’s ownership interests in these vessels range from 20 to 100 percent. In addition, Seapeak owns a 30 percent interest in an LNG regasification terminal.
