Management Accounting/ Budgeting/ Performance Management - Senior Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

Support Group Chief Financial Controller and Department Head in following areas:

• preparation and presentation of business review
• planning and forecasting
• franchise analysis
• stakeholder confrontation
• ensuring robust MIS systems are in place and operating effectively
• leading MIS project implementation

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science or a related discipline
• HKICPA, CFA or relevant professional qualifications is preferred
• At least 10 years of sold experience in banks or consulting firms, with exposure in drafting and presenting regular and ad hoc analysis (in particular, business review, planning and forecasting, and franchise analysis) and stakeholder face-off is preferred
• At least 8 years of experience in management / supervisory level
• Having experience in fund transfer pricing or treasury management is advantageous
• Good in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good presentation and PowerPoint skills
• Good communication skills and risk awareness
