The Role:
Requirements:
- Deal execution and project management of transactions in the TMT sector
- Taking lead on presentations for potential transactions or strategic interactions with clients
- Participate in origination meetings with prospective clients
- In coordination with senior management, approach new clients including private equity firms, privately held business owners and corporate companies
- Maintain regular contact with the other offices to originate and execute cross border deals
- Provide leadership, development and supervision to Associates and Analysts in the team
Requirements:
- Bachelor/Master Degree holder in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related discipline
- MBA / CPA / CFA qualification will advantageous
- 6+ years of corporate finance experience ideally
- Excellent knowledge and skills in financial modelling, accounting, business planning and financial and valuation analysis, strong track record of executing financing and/or M&A transactions
- Strong analytical skills, high motivation, commitment and ability to act independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, excellent command of written and spoken German and English ideally, as well as advanced knowledge of MS Office applications
